Above: That´s not a movie- monster but a larp- outfit. An ork to be precise. You can meet him in the gameworlds- him and his friends.

Nârkoz - here the link to his website: http://www.padubrins.com/ - builds masks of such quality that the question of “how” becomes obsolete because the answer is: imagination, talent, craftsmanship, persistence and expert knowledge. A lot of each. Only few get this far...

In recent years orks have become the best impersonated non-humans in the game-worlds; not least because of the quality of such masks.
There are conventions especially for orks where the clans do whatever goblinoids do when not bashing other people.
The video in the link below shows such a clan (actually a military unit as I was told, thanks, Shaataz). It´s an opportunity to watch orks from a distance that would InTime (=in play) be way too dangerous.

From here starts the second supplement of this page (dec 2012). One asks himself if the guy ever sleeps... What unbelievable diversity! Faces full of “life” and character. Creatures to fear (InTime) and to gape at speechless with amazement.

Of course one compares the quality of these works of art with one´s own.... not-so-art- works... and the result should be obvious.

Nevertheless it would be wrong now to fall into depressions of the “I´ll-never-ever-be-as-good-as-that-guy”- kind.
Right however would be to draw inspiration from these pictures, to repair at once to one´s cellar, kitchen (or wherever you´re allowed to work with foam, glue  and paint) and proceed to improve one´s own expertise with the materials.
